Ingredients

  • 8 oz Elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Cheddar, shredded
  • to taste Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta; drain.
  2. Make roux; whisk milk to thicken.
  3. Stir in cheese; mix pasta.
